Stuffed Bread



  • Flour ( 2cup)
  • Butter (3tbsp)
  • Egg (1)
  • Milk (150ml)
  • Yeast (1tsp)
  • Salt (1/4tsp)
  • Sugar (1tbsp)
  • Sesame
  • 8inch Pan


  • Boneless Chicken
  • Onion
  • Coloured peppers
  • Garlic
  • Spices
  • Milk
  • Butter


  • Melt the butter over a saucepan, add in the milk to slightly warm it, add in the sugar and yeast.
  • Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients, add in the milk mixture, add in the egg (save little for egg wash) and mix to form a soft dough, if the dough is too soft or sticky to handle, add extra flour.
  • Cover and allow to double in size.
  • While the dough is rising make the filling,  slice up the onion,garic, peppers, ( dip the boneless chicken in hot water to make it easy for shredding) shred the chicken, add everything in a sauce pan, add in about a teaspoon of butter, spices and milk.
